Kelly Russell

With over 20 years of service at LRA and RDl Kelly as served in a variety of positions around billing, coding and compliance. After 15 years as the Posting and Coding Supervisor, Kelly moved into the position of Compliance Officer in March of 2018. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance (OHCC). Kelly has an associate degree from Consolidated School of Business.
